It’s that time of year when I feel like I’m always getting sick, so it’s time to make Pastina aka Italian Penicilin! I know this probably isn’t the most authentic way to make this, but it’s delicious nonetheless! Let me know if you make it ✨
1. Bring your chicken broth and 1 T of butter to a boil. Add in your pasta and stir. Cook for about 10 minutes, or according to package instructions.
2. Turn heat off and add in your remaining butter and parm (I used about 1/2 cup). Stir until melted. Taste and adjust seasoning and parm if needed.
3. Top with more fresh parm, black pepper, and a drizzle of Olive Oil. Enjoy!
